Transmitting EEG and Receiving Audio simultaneously with Windows

Please open the Bluetooth settings and delete all current connections that may exist. Next, follow these directions, step-by-step, to pair the MindWave to transmit EEG:

Next, right click the connection you just made and select "disconnect." Then follow these directions to receive audio on the MindSet:

1. Put the powered-on MindSet into pairing mode by pushing the Media Button in for 3 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash to indicate “Pairing Mode”.
   
2. Double-click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray. If the Bluetooth icon is not present, open Bluetooth Settings in Start -> All Programs -> Bluetooth
   
3. Click on New Connection.
   
4. Choose Custom Mode and then click Next.
   
5. If the wizard detects the MindSet, it will show up as MindSet. Select MindSet and click Next.
   Note: If the MindSet does not appear on the list, verify that the MindSet is in paring mode and click on Refresh.
6. Select Audio Sink service and click Next.
   
7. When prompted, enter 0000 in the passkey box and click OK.
   
8. Click Next
   
9. Click Finish
   
10. The MindSet Audio Sink is now connected.

Finally, return to the Bluetooth settings and connect to the Serial Port by double clicking the icon.
