i AM HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT. hOWEVER, I can only use the mindset with my own brainwaves. when I hand the headphones to someone else to try and see if I can see their brainwave activity nothing happens on the screen. When I take the headphones back and put them back on my head the screen starts showing my activity again. Is this because the headphones were calibrated for my brainwaves only and must be recalibrated each time a new user wishes to use them or am I just too stupid to figure this out? How would one make the mindset brainwaves headphone work for multiple users? please explain to me what I would need to do.

    Hi wmaurcurry,

The MindSet should work with any user -- there is a slight calibration period, but this calibration isn't "locked in" in any way, and the hardware should adjust itself to new users automatically.

There is likely a fitment issue that is causing the MindSet not to work with other users. Make sure the ear and forehead contacts are free from any obstructions (e.g. hair or heavy makeup) and that they are clean. Also, make sure the contacts are touching the skin with enough pressure.

Let me know if you're still having problems. Thanks!
