My headset doesn’t turn on after moving the switch to the On position.
Replace with a new battery, and then try moving the switch to Off and back to On again. If the headset still doesn’t turn on, please contact support@neurosky.com to describe your problem and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
