Returns/RMAs

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any reason (return, repair, refund, etc), please send a message containing the following to http://support.neurosky.com/discussion/new, or email support@neurosky.com :

1) Your Order number
2) The First and Last Name used when you ordered
3) The reason you would like to return the merchandise

The information above is needed to allow us to prepare our fulfillment center to process your request and receive your return. Once we receive your request with the above information, we will send you the RMA number needed to process your return, along with instructions detailing where to ship the return.
