<p>Thanks for contacting NeuroSky Support! Before moving on, may I know which headset are you using? Please refer to <a href="http://support.neurosky.com/kb/mindwave-mobile-2/whats-the-difference-between-mwm2-mwm-and-original-mwm">this KB</a> to identify yours.</p>
<p>Besides, our headset can only connect with one application at the same time, please quite the tutorial completely and try again.</p>
