There is No Headset Connection with Visualizer (Mac)

If you can not get a connection with the headset please be sure to check the following before contacting us (otherwise we'll just ask you to check these things first anyways!):

  1. Make sure you are using the on-board Bluetooth included with your Mac, and not the Bluetooth dongle included with the MindSet. If you have already inserted the MindSet's Bluetooth dongle into your Mac, please delete the MindSet connection on the dongle before removal.

  2. Make sure you have updated to the latest Brainwave Visualizer: Version 4142
