Ear-clip too tight?
We are always looking for ways to improve the user experience and we appreciate any feedback that you may have. We take all comments and suggestions into consideration and work hard to address them. We had reports of some customers having to pinch the ear clip to get good sensor contact for calibration, so we increased the ear clip tension to help avoid that issue. For people with more sensitive ears, we have found that placing the clip on the soft part of the ear lobe and far away from the harder upper ear seems to be the most comfortable position.
