Why locate the sensor at FP1?
Our sensor placement targets FP1. As this is a forehead area with minimal hair, it offers EEG clarity to enable the accurate delivery of RAW and powerband. Moreover, this location is ideal to measure higher cognitive processes including Attention and Relaxation algorithms. Given the proximity to the eye, FP1 placement also enables Blink detection.
