Can't get a connection with MindWave

[This article applies only to the white MindWave headset. It does not apply to the black MindSet nor MindWave Mobile headsets.]

Firstly, please make sure you have carefully installed the MindWave according to the instructions in the Quick Start Guide. The drivers and utilities on the CD are necessary for your computer to be able to connect to the MindWave properly.

If you did not follow the Quick Start Guide to install the CD, and allowed Windows to install its own drivers, then you will need to go back and follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide and CD, and then see the following articles below:
