This article applies only to the MindSet headset (black, with earphones). This article does not apply to the MindWave nor MindWave Mobile headsets.
On Windows platforms, it is recommended that you only use the Bluetooth adapter included with your MindSet in order to fully utilize all of the MindSet's features.
On Mac platforms however, it is recommended that you use the Bluetooth built into your Mac whenever possible.
In both cases, please be very careful to follow the installation instructions that came with your MindSet product exactly, otherwise not all features of the headset will be enabled.
