Can't connect to apps
Hi, I just received my headset and while it connects just fine to the tutorial app, I haven't been able to get it to successfully connect to any other apps, the recorder, mind tracker or visualize. I have turned off and on again, reconnected and again successful connecting to the tutorial but nothing else seems to recognize the signal.

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

Thanks for contacting NeuroSky Support! Before moving on, may I know which headset are you using? Please refer to this KB to identify yours.
Besides, our headset can only connect with one application at the same time, please quite the tutorial completely and try again.

Hi and thanks for your reply. I have the mobile 2 and your suggestion worked. I was still connected to the tutorial. All seems good now. Thanks again,
